Can I Get Herpes On My Ear

Since its inception in the 60's the pills contraceptive have and are used by millions of women every day. The idea of \u200b\u200blegislating on the distribution, in the public system of the famous "Morning After Pill" seeks intellectual, emotional, and also preventive action against sex, I consider very important and each according to their own conviction and freedom of conscience, will have to act.
The last fifty years have marked the early sexual initiation among youth, which according to studies, seventy percent of them begin to have sex at age 15. This is the reality and deal with that, we must act. There are profound changes in sexuality, in the person's behavior towards sex and sexuality embodied activity, so we face a social, cultural and public health.
The sexual impulse is such that neither the church, state, or family, have been able to control or put in a frame. Sexual life, has two main motivations: reproductive or recreational-affective. The issue is that if is a fun-affective, without consequences, nothing happens. The problem then is the reproductive issue. And the point at issue is whether or not prevents fertilization. The new being. The problem is we have a biological and a spiritual.
For me the problem is biological, that is, When does life begin? Some argue, that the meeting of sperm and ovum. Others, when implanted, and no other current argument, when starting the cell specialization.
The meeting of egg and sperm, is not the beginning of human life, but from a spiritual standpoint, who can argue with certainty when the matter is with the spirit, and embody a being human?
Today the state can not act, and yet the market does have authority to do so. Ethics, is one, for the State and the market. So I advocate that the pill also be delivered in clinics and hospitals around the country and who needs it. Obviously, we can not compare like going to buy bread every day, nor does it mean that Chile is experiencing a sexual immorality, or that women had turned to clinics or pharmacies to buy them and try to reverse any unwanted pregnancy.
The state's role is to ensure meet and respond to all needs of ALL people, regardless of their social, economic, cultural, racial or religious. What had so far, is that only chiquitolina pill was available in pharmacies, arbitrary situation, abusive tramples the dignity and freedom of people, generating an unambiguous view of the world, obeying to stupid behavior, bordering on bigotry and frankly unacceptable, trying to impose beliefs and positions that, over the others.
